Training Programs for all Horses will be solely determined by the Trainer.
Race Management for all Horses will be solely determined by the Trainer.
Syndicates, the Commitment Period, Liabilities of Owners and the Termination Date
Horses are syndicated either to Buy In or to Free Lease.
Minimum size shareholding in a syndicate to Buy In or to Free Lease is 5% and the minimum length commitment period as a shareholder in a syndicate to Buy In or to Free Lease will be 12 consecutive months from the commencement date of the shareholding.
Value of a Horse syndicated to Buy In will be solely determined by the Trainer. A shareholding in a syndicate to Buy In is payable as a single lump sum in advance.
Liabilities of Owners during the commitment period is the net balance of their proportional share of Training Fees, Race Entry Fees, Jockey Fees and Horse Transport and their proportional share of Prize Money.
Termination Date of a Buy In or Free Lease syndicate will be solely determined by the Trainer. A syndicate can be terminated at any time and without a prior notice.
Training Fees, Race Entry Fees and Jockey Fees
Training fees are fixed at £120 per calendar month per 5% shareholding. Training fees includes horse transport and veterinary fees but does not include insurances.
Training fees are payable in advance either as a single lump sum for the entire 12 month commitment period or as a series of 12 monthly instalments by Standing Order on the 1st day of each calendar month.
Race Entry Fees and Jockey Fees are as determined by the British Horseracing Authority.
Race Entry Fees and Jockey Fees are settled as a single lump sum in the month that follows conclusion of the 12 month commitment period.
Prize Money and Winners Trophies
Prize Money is as determined by the British Horseracing Authority. Prize Money includes % of Stakes but does not include Appearance Money and Plus 10 Bonus Scheme.
Prize Money is settled as a single lump sum in the month that follows conclusion of the 12 month commitment period.
Settlement of Prize Money is conditional upon successful conclusion of the 12 month commitment period. Early withdrawal from a Syndicate by an Owner will result in that Owner foregoing their share of Prize Money to be settled.
Winners Trophies presented at the racecourse are retained by the Trainer.
Owners Badges and the Parade Ring and Winners Enclosure
Owners are permitted one Owners Badge per 5% shareholding.
Owners must submit a request for an Owners Badge on each occasion that their horse is a declared runner in a race. An additional Owners Badge for a Guest can be requested and may be provided on a goodwill basis subject to availability.
Access to a racecourse parade ring and winners enclosure is restricted to Owners and their Guests.
Stable Visits must take place by prior arrangement with the Trainer.
Owners must qualify under and comply with the Rules of Racing as determined by the British Horseracing Authority.
Owners and their Guests must comply with all Health and Safety Regulations that are in operation at the racecourse.
